family

its late forme and yet i find myself wantingto come on and say a few things most of all thanx for all the words of encouragement as i really appreciate them and yes the do just that and i really likethe feal of family i know that i can be pretty draining rite so i really apreciate those of you who helping me to change my perspective and give me a more positive outlook on things mom and joe came by tonight and it was very enjoyable (probalbly more so for me) and yet nights like this and hopefully many more to come will make me a more enjoyable person to tohers as well just wanted tothank them again and to say thanks for putting up with so much of my bull shit.

NORMAL LIFE

you know for the last year or so i have been bitching and moaning for something normal in my life acting likeit was the people around me from prewventing me from doind the things in life that i concider to be normal and now that my head is starting to clear (as ok day 4 without the meth monster to consume these things) yesterday afternoon after mom brought me home after court i laid down to take a nap (normal id like to thionk not on a wed afternoon none the less quite f-ing relaxing and enjoyable) any ways i wake up to nathan and tabi voices coming home from school something i have always enjoyed and concidered to be normal (but would ruin with my complaining and whining) but yesterday when they came up into my room and were telling my how the day at school had gone. i had just got off the phone with the girl that i had got baxter from (one of my dogs) since the dogs were happy to see the kids as well and werent calming down i was tellingthe kids how the last couple of evenings ihad taken baxter on a run to the parkon my bike so imediatly being kids they wanted to go to the park and usally i would of made some stupid reason up to not of gone but instead found myself packing up the kids the dogs and amanda and i and going to the park with footballs baseballs frisbees horshoes ect ect. and haviong one of the most normal afternoons i have had with allof us in quite some time.....with this being said

WELL YES THE KIDS WERE A BONUS PACK AND THE BEST THING FOR ME IN A WHILE AND I AM FINDIING OUT THAT THE BEST PART OF MY TO DO LISTS ARE THEY ARE ACTUALLY MOTIVATING NOT THE LISTS THEMSELVES BUT THE FACT THAT I CAME ON THIS MORNING AND AFTER READING CHUCKS CHAPTER WAS ALMOST SUICIDLE MYSELF....LOL.... THEN THANK GOD CLICKED ON MY LAST TO DO LIST AND FOUND THE COMMENTS EXTREMELY MOTIVATING ....OK ENOUGH TOGET UP PICKMYSELF UP AND DUST MYSELFOFF AND WELL THIS WILL GIVE YOU A FEEL AF HOW .........

WELL ITS MONDAY MORNING AND I ACTUALLY HAVE A JOB TO GO DO, I HAVE MY CHILDREN STAYING WITH ME, WELL THEY ARE CURRENTLY AT SCHOOL AND I HAVE NO VEHICHLE AT MY DISPOSAL AND I AM GOING TO PAUSE AND AND TAKE TIME FOR A LITTLLE PRAYER!! IN THAT HAS I SHALL TRY TO REMAIN, WELL IF I CAN GET PAST THE BS OF SOMEONE ELSES PROBLEMS AND SHORT COMINGS......(,LOL) NO I AM GOINGTO TRY AND JUST KEEP A POSTIVE ATTITUDE

I AM WRITING IN REGARDS TO A CHAIN OF EVENTS THAT HAS OCCURRED TO ME AND MY FAMILY. I AM A 45 YR. OLD CONTRACTOR THAT LIVES IN THE CITY OF CYPRESS. I OWN A HOME HERE AND ONCE HAD A SHOP IN THE CITY AS WELL. THIS IS WHERE I SPENT AS MUCH TIME AT THE POLICE DEPT. AS I DID THE MY SHOP. AS I HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS THAT I BELIEVE WERE POLICE ISSUES AND YET I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO SEEMED TO EVER HAVE THOUGHT SO ISSUES SUCH AS PARKING PROBLEMS TO SPAY PAINTING OUTSIDE BUILDINGS TO VEHICLES BEING STORED INSIDE WITHOUT SPRINKLERS OR PERMITS. THIS IS WHERE I BELIEVE I EITHER BARKED UP THE WRONG TREE OR TO THE WRONG PEOPLE nonetheless SINCE THIS TIME I HAVE HAD A LOT OF ON GOING PROBLEMS WITH THE POLICE DEPT. THAT IN MY OPINION ARE NOTHING SHORT OF HARASSMENT IN THE LAST YEAR OR SO I HAVE HAD MY VEHICLES IMPOUNDED 7 TIMES, SAT ON THE CURB IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE HANDCUFFED FOR TWO HOURS AND HAD AN OFFICER TELL ME THAT A COURT ORDER FROM FAMILY LAW WAS WORTHLESS. NOW DON'T GET ME WRONG I AM A FAMILY MAN WITH 3 CHILDREN AND ONE MORE IN THE OVEN AND I RESPECT THE THINGS THAT MOST POLICE DO, BUT I REALLY NEED SOME HELP HERE LATELY, HERE IS MY MOST CURRENT ISSUES AT HAND ABOUT AUG I WENT TO THE STATION TO PAY SOME PARKING TICKETS ALSO WHICH I HAVE REC. AT LEAST 50 OF IN A YEARS TIME LEGITIMATE BUT THEN AGAIN, AT WHICH TIME AN OFFICER CAMERA OUT AND ADVISED ME TO PAY THEM AT THE DMV AFTER THE COUNTER CLERK HAD ALREADY RAN MY LIC SO I LISTENED AND LEFT TO DO SO I DIDN'T GET 100 YRDS OUT OF THE PARKING LOT AND WAS STOPPED AND INFORMED MY DL LIC WAS SUSPENDED AND AFTER HAVING ME SIGN A FORM INFORMING ME OF WROTE ME A TICKET FOR NO LIC IN POSS, THEN IMPOUNDED MY TRUCK FOR TO MANY PARKING TICKETS, AFTER GET OUT AND LIC. REG CURRENT I WANT TO FIGHT TICKET RITE OR WRONG? ISSUE #2 MY BOAT WAS PARKED IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE FOR A WEEK AS I WAS DOING HARD SCAPE IN FRONT YARD AND IT WAS IN THE WAY OF MATERIALS AND CEMENT MIXER WHEN I GOT HOME FOR LUNCH ONFEB 8 2009 OR SO AND THERE WAS TWO POLICE VEHICLES BLOCKING IT IN WHEN I WAS TOLD IT WAS GOING TO BE TOWED AND IMPOUNDED FOR REG,, 6 MONTHS OR LONGER PAST DUE AFTER RESEARCH AND SEVERAL TRIP TO DMV AND POLICE DEPT. I FIND OUT THIS ISN'T THE CASE REG IS PTI ON BOAT TRAILER AND CURRENT BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE INCLUDING POLICE CHIEF, AFTER SEVERAL IN PERSON ATTEMPTS TO STATION AT NO PREVAIL JUST TO HAVE THE SAME THING HAPPEN AGAIN AFTER RUNNING DL LIC. AND ME BEING AT THE DMV AT 4:45 THE DAY BEFORE AND HAVING TO SHOW MY LIC TO CLERK I AM LEAVING STATION AND GET 50 FT, FROM MY DRIVEWAY AND I AM PULLED OVER AND INFORMED MY LIC IS SUSPENDED TICKETED AND TRUCK IMPOUND. NOW I, AM, SAYING ANYTHING SHORT OF HELP!!!! I CANNOT AFFORD AN ATTORNEY TO GET MY FAMILY BOAT BACK THROUGH LAWSUITS AND DO NOT EVEN KNOW IF I CAN AFFORD TO GET TRUCK OUT AGAIN OR SURVIVE WITHOUT IT AS IT IS MY ONLY SOURCE OF TRANSPORTATION THE WORKS AND ONCE AGAIN I AM A CONTRACTOR AND IT IS MY TRUCK!!!!! BUT THIS HAS GOT TO STOP AND I DESPERATELY NEED ASSISTANCE. OH YES FOR THE RECORD THERE IS MUCH MORE IN THE HARASSMENT ISSUES AND FOR THE RECORD BOTH TIMES THEY CLAIM MY LIC SUSPENDED IT WAS SUSP. THE DAY BEFORE I WAS STOPPED.AND BOTH TIMES THEY KNEW IT AND ALLOWED ME TO LEAVE STATION WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME WITH THE APPROPRIATE FORM AS THE HAVE DONE MORE THAN ONCE TO MYSELF OR OTHER PEOPLE I KNOW THAT HAVE BEEN IN SIMILAR SCENARIOS. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE ANY ASSISTANCE YOU COULD GIVE ME AND OR HELP EVEN IF IT IS NOT WHAT I WANT TO HEAR AS I AM NOT A BAD PERSON AND I REALLY DO NOT WANT ANYMORE HARASSMENT OR PROBLEMS. WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS..I CALL MY KIDS

AFTER RE-ASSESING MY TODO LIST WRITTEN AND MENTAL I DECIDED TO CALL MY KIDS OK (ONLY AFTER PERMISSION TO DO so00) ok around that weekness my kids arived yesterday to help dear old dad and i truly can use it as i have one hellashish papework mess to pull two years worth of taxes from and have filed before court on the 11th just one more mission that has been put off untill the last possilble second, but todays list is one of gratitude. so today i am grateful for.......

*family especially for that occasional good laugh (thanx chuck)
*the ability to survive in most conditions (prefering room service at the radison)
*work the one thing that truly brings me sanity
now its off to figure out a plan for today
